Hi all, I am working on my final year research project. Now, if I pay someone to write an experiment stimulus for me on MATLAB, would this be considered cheating? I would still be the one who carries out all the experiments, collect data, do the analysis, write up the report...etc. And the actual report is the only thing that counts, right? What are your thoughts?

You need to speak to your supervisor, as it will be at the discretion of your university. Personally, I think provided you made clear in the report that you didn't prepare it, you should be fine.

Same as above. Make it clear what was your work and what wasn't. Your not expected to do EVERYTHING in your research report normally anyway...
