because of the online process being so complicated for some reason I sent a hard copy of a PFF2 form which had the information of both my parents on the same form and they both signed it. But on my account only the information of my Father has been processed while my mother's one is still waiting. I don't know if this means I need to send in another separate form even though the information is right there?
    Thank you

    Hello

One form would usually be enough if filled out correctly. Please call us on 0300 100 0607 so we can check to see if there is an issue with processing the form.

    Thanks

Turns out they just didn't process it properly so they sent a resolve form which was also not processed properly so now they sent another one.
