Hi, so 2 days ago I came back to England from California and I am really struggling with jet lag. It's currently 3:30am and I really cannot sleep despite the fact that I was exhausted earlier on in the day.
I was just wondering whether anyone had any tips on how I can overcome jet lag as quickly as possible please?

lol, you'll get over it in a few days. Trying staying awake till 2pm or so, take a couple of hours nap, then go to bed around 1am All fixed.

Try to get back into a routine... Maybe figure ways out that help you sleep and try them at night. You should be fine in a couple of days.
