Post a rough order of what you believe the table will look like by the end of the coming season based on whatever you want. This is for comparison to see how right/wrong we were. It can be the full table or the top 4/5/6 whatever you want. My prediction; 1. Southampton 2. Arsenal 3. Liverpool 4. Manchester United 5. Manchester City ................................

LOL City for 5th place? Nope. Most likely Utd or Liverpool will be the team that won't be able to make the top 4.

I don't think United will make top 4 because they don't have enough players. They can make a squad that includes many bad players that aren't good enough but not being in Europe will give them a chance to compete. It depends massively on the midfield signings now because the defenders aren't terrible (Jones, Smalling, Shaw + 1 signing minimum) but the defensive midfield is non existent.

As it stands right now... (this will change a billion times before the season kicks off):
1 – Chelsea
2 – Manchester City
3 - Arsenal
4 - Manchester United
5 – Liverpool
6- Tottenham Hotspur
Manchester United can’t do any worse than last season, simply having a competent manager at the helm will bring about a change in fortune. CM is still incredibly lightweight and there are question marks over an inexperienced defence, which is why I think a title challenge is a step too far. Without the distraction of Europe they should get one of the CL spots.
Liverpool to struggle balancing the Champions League & Premier League, especially without Suarez. Their transfers so far just scream Spurs 2013.
Arsenal will be in the mix until spring when the annual injury crisis/crumble kicks in
Top two are set in stone.
17 – Hull
18 – Aston Villa
19 – Burnley
20 – West Brom
West Brom and Aston Villa look in big trouble. Their dealings this summer give the impression that they don’t have any money to spend. I’ll be amazed if Alan Irvine & Paul Lambert are still in a job come Christmas.
Burnley have the lowest budget by a mile and seem to be taking other clubs cast offs.
Hull will inevitably struggle with the Europa League and pull clear when they’re knocked out
Leicester have a good squad and will stay up comfortably

'on the basis of speculation' could mean that Man Utd start the season with Hummels, Carvalho, Vidal, and Di Maria in the starting 11. Stupid to predict based on it.

-Every player coming to the premier league who had a great world cup (Sanchez, Campbell etc) will have mediocre seasons.
-Man Utd fans will claim that a new era of dominance has begun after winning their first 4 games, but end up finishing in 5th after a rough middle part of the season.
-Arsenal to be title favourites for the first half of the season before finishing 4th.
-Liverpool to capitulate without Suarez.

At this moment in time I think:
Man City
Chelsea
Arsenal
Liverpool
Man Utd
Spurs
Everton
But then there's a long summer of signings yet to go.

I will make my predictions once the Transfer Window has closed.
However, I think Liverpool will finish 5th or worse.
