    Phone UCAS, explain that you didn't withdraw your application. Ask when it was withdrawn, how it was done etc. Take notes and get the name of the person you speak to.

    If you didn't do it yourself, then call Ucas and ask them to investigate. It happens every year. Sometimes it's 'friends' playing a joke. If it turns out to be that in this case, I suggest they don't remain friends.

    So I called them and the university and they both say it was the other one who withdrew my application. I told them I didn't want this done but all they said to do was email them a complaint and try clearing.
