Has anyone had any success with this program? Namely, the Pest Control Technician to management route, rather than the Finance to management route....

    Hi There (not) the one,

I have managed to get to the interview stage for the management scheme for Rentokil initial for the pest control division and I know that there is only 4 people in line for the position (max). I was just wondering if you could help me by giving me some sort of advice and tips on the Rentokil interview procedure as I am really determined to land this position.

    Thanks

Hi, I was recently offered this job. During my telephone interview they asked me questions mainly on my Customer service experience, they focused a lot on this. She asked me when me I went above my role to make a customer happy. My greatest achievement and generally went through my cv. Hope that helps

I got this position last June but left at the end of October because the job didn't suit me. This is very much a customer facing role so be prepared for interview questions about customer service, how to deal with difficult customers etc.

This job also involves lots of lone working and working overtime (evenings/weekends) so keep that in mind too.
