    Hi,

I need to move! I have a horrible neighbour who hates me and I believe he is a danger to me and my son. I suffer from depression and anxiety and he has made everything infinitely worse but i can't afford to move in my area (I have to stay in the area for my sons school). The only way i can afford to move is if I share a 3 bed house with my friend who is also a student but very responsible and reliable. The problem is that no one can tell me if i will be entitled to housing benefit or not. I get it now and it covers most of my rent but if i moved in with her would i still be entitled to it?

Any help would be very much appreciated as i am desperate. thanks

You should still be entitled, yes. But you need a tenancy agreement.
