I've noticed recently that I have really thin arms, thinner than some women. And then I realized that my belly is blowing up and my thighs are getting thicker. And my face is thinning up too, what's the deal, what's going on? Is this normal. And what should I do to beef up my arms, to make them manly enough?Is my belly and thighs are blowing up because of depression, stress and worrying, cuz I exercise and have a healthy diet resorting to mostly to brown bread, rice and vegetables and ocassional pork. So, why this condition? Any ideas and solutions?Thanks

How old are you? I'm 24 and I have the same problems as you so would appreciate any answers that members can give too.

Sort your diet out. Sort your exercise regime out (do you even have one? I suspect not). Combination of cardio and lifting heavy things along with a proper diet and you'll fix it with some hard work and dedication.
