Looking for an all-round machine, nothing with particularly fancy graphics or anything, just reasonably good specs. I'm on quite a budget, too (spending no more than a couple of hundred or so).

Any recommendations as to budget laptop sites etc. I can buy from/anywhere else that might be good? Is getting laptops off Gumtree and places like that a bad idea?

Budget is roughly £200 you say?
    Could you stretch another £20?

Yeah, that Acer is worth the cash. Go for that if you can or something similar.

Look for an Asus perhaps, they're pretty good, and can be cheap if you search around enough.
