Iam an Permanent UK Resident , who has lived in scotland for 7 years and england for 3 years ...
Recently i have been offered a Unconditional offer for a masters in a University in scotland..
1) As ILR Holder will i be eligible for Tution Fees - loan / support / grant
2) As ILR Holder will i be eligible for Maintenance Loan .
