Hi there I am going to enrol for 2014 sep. Currently I hold offers from Uwe Bristol and Cardiff. I have been reading through on the GDL for non Uk based students. So again I have the same issue to go for the GDL or SS LLB ? From what I read here and from the University websites and other forums looks like LLB SS is a better option. So first issue the GDL or Law (Senior Status)
Secondly if where to accept my offer cardiff or uwe? As earlier someone told me it really doesn't matter where I do the gdl from as long as it is affordable. Cardiff is 13.5k for and UWE ins 6.6K for foreigners even though cardiff is better ranking wise the cost difference is huge even UNi of law and BPP for overseas is not more than 9-10K
However I was told a SS LLB is a better route to take, What's your guide on that ? P.S I have graduated from a Australian University and the future plan is to go to Australia and practice as a solicitor maybe even transfer as currently I am unable to go for the LLB in Australia due to the intake issues and I can;t wait till Feb.So which is the preferred program out of the 2 and what uni would be having a better standing or it really doesn't matter! Appreciate the support!.
