    Hey Guys;

Well, yeah, ask me anything. =)
Seen a few threads so I thought I'd join in too.

    Oddest thing?
I'm not a particularly big fan of hot sunny days. Don't know why but I prefer a evening with a slight chill to it.
That and I prefer cold showers.

    Parents, no.
    Really? Not to your parents?

I start it out lukewarm so I don't get too much of a shock and turn it down to nearly as low as it can go, not quite all the way but nearly there.
I also forgot to mention I like to shower (or should I just say stand under the shower) for a good hour as it allows me to think clearly and I get most of my thinking (as in non-revision) done in the shower.

I suppose water is just my element.

    Why?
    Kinda awkward, lol.
At least you can chose your friends, parents, well I plan to but it is kind of awkward...

Crikey. I like long showers but cold, no way.

Do you have a best friend?

I try not to associate a "best friend zone" to anyone.
There may be some I spend more time with than others but, as a best friend, I try not to.

I find putting too much stock in one person makes it look as though you are picking favourites.

Kinda hard to explain, just, I feel if someone did that to me, I would PERSONALLY be flattered but, I would kinda feel guilty for the outside party.

    Interesting.

Do you have any strange beliefs, or superstitions, or odd personal rules you adhere to?

    Not really. =l
Not religious, even though my parents believe in God.

    Personal rules?
Well, I feel obligated if I can help someone, I should.
Also, if I say I am going to do something, I do my damnedest to do it and stick to my word.
I don't like the idea of being called a liar.

Although, I do know someone who often says "commitments aren't always kept" which kinda makes me feel being taken advantage of...

Oh yeah, another personal rule of mine:

There are only 3 things I find important:

    1. Friends
    2. Family
    3. Time

These are the only 3 things that can't be replaced and thus take top priority.

    Nice, nice.

Taken advantage of when you stick to your commitments, or..?

    Nice, nice.

Taken advantage of when you stick to your commitments, or..?
    Example:
I was helping one of my mates, who, tbh was CLUELESS in at least 2 modules, potentially 3 however, I feel the third he could have passed by himself.

He would often say "want to meet up at 10 tomorrow?", I say sure, not uncommon for him to be either 1-2 hours late.
This also happened on public holidays and Sundays where the buses run far less frequently (or not at all) meaning I would often walk from my accomodation to campus (6 miles) there and another 6 back to help him and pretty much never got a thank you.

At one stage, I turned up and he didn't turn up at all (was 7 hours late...) and didn't get a message until I messaged him an hour after he was due to turn up because his girlfriend turned up without messaging me or anything telling me he was going to be late (luckily the buses were running).

So, like I said, while if I can help people, I will.
Although, now I am unsure if I should use his own philosophy against him "sometimes commitments can't be kept" bull...

    So, that sort thing...
