I was just wondering if I choose to retake a couple of A2 modules privately in order to boost my grades, how would I be able to apply for uni?

I mean I would not be able to go university in September since I wouldn't have the grades until August of next year, does this mean I cannot apply for university until I have received the new grades?

This is because since I would not have the required grades, so If I apply before I receive the results of my retakes they would just decline my offer.

    Why would they?
Most people apply to uni without an A2 result, just a vague prediction from teachers about what they might get.
You'd apply with existing grades and your prediction about the outcome of resits.
As long as your predictions look realistic you should get conditional offers like anyone else
