Apprenticeship advise needed!

Hello!

My names Jess and I am 22 and currently working at a nursery and have been since April 2013. I have only just completed my level 2 in childrens and young peoples work force. I work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with no study time. I earn £2.61. I am hoping for a pay rise now I am qualifed as level 2. But should my pay increased after my first year so in April 2014? and am I entitled to study time? I also don't earn over time for things like parents evenings, the childrens xmas party etc and I don't get the bonus' other qualified members of staff get. (Attendance bonus and occupancy bonus) I really enjoy my job but I feel like I am being treated unfairly! Am I entitled to more money/time off to study?

Any info would be great! Thanks in advance! Jess x
