    Hi,

I can't seem to find any help online for trying to figure out my module result. I always had the impression that I had to achieve over 85% to get a first (or a distinction on a module). I just got my module results for DD208 (second year module) and I got a distinction with 74% on the exam and 81% on my assignments. My question is: Is this equivalent to a first?

You've been bumped up to a distinction (probably due to low exam results/very difficult exam) which is equivalent to a first - well done!
