I've half gotten into my firm choice, I got my grades needed for one course but I have to wait till August to hear back from the other course I took but I'm sure I got a D or lower when I needed a C. Anyway I have gotten into my insurance choice already (they didn't require the 2nd subject) but I don't really want to go there anymore and have found somewhere else I would rather be but I'm one grade short for it but it does say it can be combined with another course (I did one previously which gave me UCAS points) so I could use the points from the previous course to hopefully be accepted right? (I've also made sure they have spaces in clearing before considering doing this) Also could the grade boundaries be lowered in clearing because they want a full course to start with?

Sorry for rambling I'm just a little stressed and panicky.

They do sometimes lower grade boundaries, as unis are desperate to fill courses. How much they lower these by depends on how many places are left and how competitive the course is. I think unis get your results a few days before you get them, so they go over the applications and decide who they want to give a place. Dont worry about it, I`m sure you`ll get in

Thank you, I can't see the course being that competitive really but we'll see.
