Hi there i'm really confused regarding how to work out my final grade average. My grades are below

63.5 (Coursework and examination combined 20 credits)
59 (Coursework and examination combined 20 credits)
63.5 (Coursework and examination combined 20 credits)
58.5 (Coursework and examination combined 20 credits)

    58 (Dissertation 40 credits)

    Calculation 1: 63.5+59+63.5+58.5 + (58 dissertation)=302.5
    302.5/5= 60.5

    Final Year Total= 60.5

    Calculation 2: 63.5+59+63.5+58.5= 244.5
    244.5/4= 61.125
    61.125 + (58 dissertation) = 119.125
    119.125/2 = 59.56

    Final Year Total=59.56

Which calculation is correct? Thank you in advance!

    Neither.

    [(63.5*20) + (59*20) + (63.5*20) + (58.5*20) + (58*40)] / 120 = 60.08%
