I'm afraid the service is undergoing restructuring and it is not yet clear when this will be completed.

While we all wait for an update on what the plan is for this September I can recommend you use: https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/personal_statement_builder/

This is a new tool developed using all the experience of the PS helpers and should mean that when you get to the point where you need a review your PS will be in a much better state and wont have made any of the most common mistakes.
