I'm looking to study Criminology at uni in 2015 and was planning to apply for a place at Surrey. However, I was recently advised to combine it with another subject and so my subsequent research has led me to International Relations. give me little info on it's content so can anyone who does it give me the lowdown on it please?

Also, I've so far found only Keele and Plymouth who offer this combined course, so is there anywhere else that offers it? Ideally, I want somewhere that's near a town/city, but far enough so that there's plenty of green areas that, as a long distance runner, I can make use of and explore

If there's any other helpful info you can give me, whether it be about criminiology in general, your experience at the uni you go to, anything, please feel free to offer it. Thanks in advance

Check out uni profiles for specifics but in general it involves theory (about how states interact), Globalization (basically how states are so well connected now) , some history of relations between states e.g. League of Nations, Cold War and international organisations e.g. UN. EU
