To have moved on from someone and be in a different relationship but still be jealous if that person gets a new girlfriend?
For example I have an ex on Facebook and even now like a year later if I see him with pictures of his new girlfriend it hurts my feelings and I curse at my computer screen and think I HATE YOUR NEW GIRLFRIEND, I WANT TO PUNCH HER IN HER DISGUSTING DACE. I HOPE YOU BREAK UP, BE UNHAPPY EX!
And I feel all bitter and stuff but I'm not? it doesn't affect me day to day just when I hear that he's happy.... Is it normal?
Is it normal?! Watch

I guess so! I'm like that, but I'm not entirely sure how healthy my jealousy is

Not really but you could just be hung over on him still! Was it a bad break-up or sth? Did he like cheat on you with an unfit woman, like most tend to do? If so you could just be feeling down about how everything ended with him for you and this new girl gets to enjoy her life with him, when you never had that chance. Don't break a sweat over it! I'm sure with time you'll get over it! Meanwhile, it might be a good idea to get off Facebook and start mixing with people more, to meet someone new and cool?

People keep their exes as friends on Facebook? What is this madness?!
Seriously though, I don't think it's especially healthy to be hung up on what they are doing - a year down the line - after you've broken up. Frankly, I'd rather **** in my hands and clap than have kept my ex on Facebook, since I have no interest or investment in him any longer.
