Sick of part-time minimum wage jobs that require flexible employees
I'm totally sick of this. Looking for a job to fit around what I'm doing at the moment and nearly everything requires you to be flexible all day everyday for 16 hours work. That's pathetic. People obviously can't afford to live on most part-time wages so they need to supplement their income.
Employers who demand their part-time employees are flexible to work any hours they throw at them each week annoy the hell out of me. What happened to job where you have contracted hours?
