Well, maybe you should move out? What's the fun in living with your parents while at University anyway?

My mum used to do it at least once a week in my late teens.

My parents threaten to kick me out the house if I do not place the knifes and forks on the table correctly. Claimed I had a bad attitude. To be fair I was in a rush and really tired - I need to pick up iron tablets for my Anaemia - so I did throw it on the table so it was not really neat. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar threat? btw I am at university full time and work part time during the hols.
They threatend to kick you out of the house for placing cutlety wrongly. Are you actually being serious???? That's wrong regardless of how old you are. Is this for real?

If you've been horrible to your parents I don't blame them, up your game and be nice. I know you don't find it fair but apologise for whatever it is they're moaning about, if you want a roof over your head you need to respect your parents no matter what, I understand it's frustrating when they ask you to do something but you have something else to do, but it's not like they're asking for the biggest favour. It's not like setting up cutlery on a table takes too long, is it?
