Hi, two questions. 1) Apparently I have been sent two declarations for me to sign but I have received neither of them. My mum has mental health problems so it's possible she's "tidied them away". Can I request another or will I have to print one off somewhere?

    2) I'm only receiving £5754 this year despite no changes in circumstances (£6054 last year). I was a bit annoyed when I received £1000 less after first year just because I'm living at home. I live at home looking after my mum and have to commute from Darlington to Newcastle every day and I don't understand why I've had a further £300 deduction.

    Thanks,
    Ellie

    Hello

You can print your declaration form from your online account under the 'view correspondence' section and return this to us.

If you are in your final year of study, then your loan would be lower. When working out your finance for the first years we take into account a full calendar year, however when you graduate, you no longer attend through the summer so your award reflects this. If it's not your final year, please call us on 0300 100 0607 to see if there's any other reason for your award being lower.

    Thanks
