I have two issues to ask about today.
Firstly, I have finished the main application to student finance, everything is essentially sent-off, signed etc.
However, despite having 'Payments Scheduled', none are actually listed for me on the website. Is this a glitch or a serious error that I need to get sorted out?
Secondly, I have just sent off a NI detail confirmation form, in which I was asked for 'documentation with my NI number'. The only thing I had was a photocopy of my NI card; was that sufficient?
