Batchwood on a Monday plays all RnB and Hip Hop and is very busy, Kanye West and Sean Paul both performed at Batchwood during last yr. On the main SU night Wednesday, upstairs is the rnb room and gets packed also.

Music taste is relative. I think Sean paul is good, I love his kind of music, Kayne I'm not so keen on 'cos I'm past the rap phase but meh!!

. Batchwood is good on a thursday in the upstairs room, the DJ is decent and plays recent songs. The Font is also good on wednesday nights when Essence and IBZ are there. Also, you can go to london and that during the week if you have time. During my first and second year, there used to be a coach to 'works' in kingston. I'm not sure if they do it anymore..

PLEASE, DON'T GO TO BATCHWOODS ON A MONDAY! It's absolutely CRAP!

I like Kanye (well, his music. I think he's an absolute mug) but not a fan of Sean paul.

And Oce is awesome. I haven't been to any of the others, there's about 6 or 7 dotted around the country.

I have been to batch on monday night, the crowd wasn't my cup of tea, 'cos it was the roudy ones that were out.. I went to see Joe there on monday though and it was alright. I'd still recommend thursdays though :smile:
