My identity evidence has been rejected yet again, this time because the person I got to countersign my forms does not have a specific enough landline. I don't know what this means but to avoid even more problems I have found someone else to countersign my forms. These should be sent off by recorded delivery on the 18th of July. i will send my birth certificate again as its a different person. Can I still presume that I will recieve payment on time as I applied before the deadline in May as long as no other problems creep up on me?

    Hi Alapa,

Yes on provision of an acceptable counter signature form your application will be approved and payments would be made available, as you have applied before the guideline submission date your payments are guaranteed for the start of your course.

    Thanks
