Hi guys I'm italian,I'm graduating in March in English and Modern Standard Arabic and I'm very interested in getting into teaching through a PGCE training :-) I looked into it and I found that I need to provide a certificate for the proficiency in English (so I took the academic IELTS). Moreover, Arabic is not going to be considered as a second language for a PGCE in UK so I should be able to provide French or Spanish (it seems like french is more required though) in order to get an interview at least. Is there any italian graduate who went for a PGCE in mfl offering Italian as a first language? Do you know if a certificate like DELF (B1 level according to CEFR) might be reasonable for considering my application? Many thanks :-) Maria
