What is the breakfast choice of TSR?

We have the boring but basic Cereal.

    Toast with 1000 different toppings.

Porridge for the Winter breakfast feeling.

A "full english" which is lovely and greasy. (+ all other egg/bacon combos)

Continental breakfast of Croissants/cold meats is a lovely holiday treat.

Fruit etc is nice and light.

Or are there many others i have forgotten about?

    PANCAKES!

if i'm doing my fitness gym routine its all about a boiled egg and porridge oats.

    Israeli
hummus and pita with onion & egg.

    Italian
    fried garlic prawns on bruschetta

these things can't really be cooked in the morning but are if they were made the night before.

    Jamaican
Ackee & Saltfish with fried breadfruit and maybe a small golf ball sized fried dumpling

    indian
    Dosa and a soupy(notcreamy) dal

What my mummy makes for me

so basically, Paratha, a few scrambled eggs with whatever curry there is hahaha

down it with either water, tea, a protein shake or milk mixed with mango juice.

And your new diet sounds very healthy. Much better than mine but i'm bulking so it's fine.

It is pretty good but everyday? I love it but it's greasy and heavy. Somedays i'd much rather grab some croissants and be on my way.

Also if you're cooking then giant effort.

When I'm not fasting and just planning a nice day in as a reward or break breakfast is

    Porride with berries.

    Chocolate croissants

    Fresh orange juice

    Eggs

    Maybe some nutella toast too.

I differ what I have but usually it's either

5 egg whites, including 2 yolks
    pot of greek yoghurt
    banana
    cup of coffee

if I'm still hungry than porridge

best breakfast, I would have to say is a McDonalds breakfast though... have one every 6 months or so, or every time we go to the airport early in the morning or something.. mmm

Yeah but it's gotta be a day when I'm just planning an easy day in. So happens much less frequently that I'd like unfortunately. I'm planning one as soon as I finish fasting for the month.

Personally I prefer the straight up croissant/pains au chocolate with sliced bread and Nutella or jams. I generally have an alcoholic beverage although when in the presence of others I'll hide the alcohol in orange juice (making a Screwdriver basically) or I'll have a Bloody Mary. I enjoy being drunk as soon as I wake

On the way out I tend to stop at Starbucks, yell at the same cashier each day and get the same terrible macchiato.
