I applied to Woodlands at Teesside University and never received the paperwork telling me which room I would have and the contract for the room. The deadline to complete this by was yesterday and I only found that out from a friend who got his email from them. Any advice on what to do so that I may be able to still get my original room?
I have rang them and they said they'll resend the paperwork but still, I shouldn't have the privilege of that room taken away from me due to an email that was not received nor followed up when they had no reply from me for 14 days because I didn't know I had to.
