At home I already have TalkTalk broadband internet up and running (they provide their own modem and router). I also have an Edimax Wireless ADSL2+modem router which I have hardly ever used. Its model name is Edimax Wireless ADSL2+Modem Router AR7064G+A if you wanted to search it up on the internet. Just was wondering if there is anyway I could make use of it (i.e. will it make my internet faster), or should I just stick with the standard set up.

You can ask me for more information about the edimax router.
    Thanks.

I don't think it can.................the internet is dependent mainly upon the distance between you and the exchange and the line is able to get at best.

Other than that, make sure the router is connected directly to the master socket and you could use it to extend your wifi range.
