He's not just any bird. He's a ridiculously tame pigeon that I hand fed from 2 weeks old.
He knows he's a pigeon, but he doesn't know what pigeons do. So he just thinks "oh, pigeons wear hats today" and accepts it.

Not a picture, but a video. This was a few weeks ago while I was back home. My dad had to take our other dog somewhere and leave the other one at home with just me in the house. Sally doesn't like being left alone without either dad or the other dog, so she started making noises.
