Swimming is good- it tones muscles, works your heart and lungs and is supposed to be v good for people with asthma.

dance!! i have exactly the same physique as you and also have asthma. it doesnt have to be anything like ballet, but a jazz class or even pole dancing burns sooooooo many calories- you can get lessons at dance schools that aren't dody or anything. it realy tones your stomach, bum and legs- my worst parts! lol

There is no way to 'tone' muscles, they can either get bigger or smaller. The only way to get 'tonned' is to lower your bf %, which is done by having a good diet and exercising
