    Hi,

I have a group interview at ASDA tomorrow and I was wondering if anybody could advise me on what to expect based on their previous experience?

Would a shirt and tie be ok?

My supervisor used to be a supervisor at ASDA and he says that the group interview is designed to see how you interact in a group with people who you've never met before (i.e. customers) and see how you perform. Going on this, I'd suggest trying to take more of a forward role to really make yourself stand out as an interviewee.

As for dress, I'd personally go for a full suit and tie - it's an interview, and good first impressions do count.
