    I'd be working at the local Morrisons. They only take on people without experience and/or qualifications, according to a few friends that have worked there...

    Well I did fail my GCSE's but I'm starting university in September after doing a foundation year...


    However I did spend 3 years of college doing nothing then a year on JSA (didn't want to but I had to) and ended up doing charity placements for 6 months. That's why I applied for my foundation year!

    Yh exactly...not every businessman initially originated as a businessperson...people also work up from mminor jobs like that...Nice idea

    Yep. Assuming you were still a relatively clever and motivated person you just didn't do well in your GCSEs I know there are many many people who started off like that and ended up much better off than most graduates out there

    My parents would have forced to me to work in ASDA probably or some other supermarket :eek:

    I wouldn't give up on what I want to do, I'd retake my exams and whatever, I wouldn't just give up

    Provided that I have done absolutely everything to get my GCSEs and I'm not completely miserable after... I'd become some kind of motivational speaker

    I have no idea, this shouldn't happen though!

    Tbh I have seen some interesting people working at morrisons,but always thought it was a friend if a friend thing
    If I had no qualifications I would work at the job centre
