    Hi all,

    I was recently diagnosed with viral meningitis and have recovered alot.

    However, since being in hospital I have become very lethargic and groggy.

    I really need to regain both my fitness and appetite.
    My immune system for the past months has been very weak and also needs to be strengthened.

    Please can anyone share some exercises, foods and any general tips to help me.
