nothing technical for me. all competency, much like the first round

I got my interview invite last night, it is for IBD. I made some pressure as my JPM/CS offers will exceed very soon. GS has restructured the interview process and therfore there will be multiple rounds of interviews, unfortunately. So dont lose hope, folks!

The interview is a strengths based interview, (Google it if you don't know what it is as I had to!!). Questions still include the compulsory why Barclays etc, but focuses more on situations and how you would react. If you have any questions PM me, but please google first as most questions can be answered with a few mins of research :smile:
