    Hello,

I am a Spaniard who wants to study A-levels in the UK but I don't know if I have to do any examen to test my English such as IELTS, TOEFL, etc. Do you know if I should do it? Do you know if I should do any of these exams to apply to the university?

    Thank you.

Did you do GCSE English language?

I asked my English teacher if I need to do IELTS for university in UK (I'm Japanese), she said if you have good GCSE English lang grade you don't need it. But it may not be true.

For A levels it depends on the college. Generally if you have enough English understanding that the language doesn't drag your grades down, you should be fine and you don't need IELTS (might have to take private test at your college to let them know your English skill)

I do not think you need to IETLS for A Levels. However, you do for university from what I am aware of.
