Very small hole on penis glans..????

As the title says.. i appear to have a very small hole on my penis glans next to the "exit" (don't know the name for it :tongue:

), it is a bit redder than the rest of the glans on the inside of it, like there is perhaps a dab of blood inside? I've tried squeezing around it but nothing. It doesn't hurt and doesn't cause me any problems but I am wondering about it.

It looks almost as if it was just poked with a pin but it obviously hasn't.. I've always had it.

I have no idea and google doesn't offer any help either.. does anybody have ANY clue what it could be?

I'm a complete virgin btw.
