    Hi guys

Is it possible to join the TA and then apply for RMAS. This is because I think it will take me few tries to be successful in gaining a place. I have zero experience with the army so it will be good to be surrounded in that sorta environment. I hold a degree.

    Thanks

Not a good idea, as joining from reserves is no easier than from civvy street.
And it is the same process to join anyway, they are still solders, just part time, rather than full time.

P.S. TA no longer exist, it is Reserves now

What I sorta mean is join the reserves from the bottom rank (private). This will give me experience? I know I won't get in first time round.

Why are you sure that you won't get in?
Plus whatever rank you'll reach in reserves is irrelevant, as you'll have to join regulars from scratch.

I need to improve on my communication skills. I'm fine with everything else.

If I don't get in first time round then I will have nothing else to do so I thought the best thing to do whilst I waiting to retry would be to join the reserves? That's assuming they think I have potential.
