What is the breakfast which keeps you fullest for the longest period of time?

For me it's usually a cappucino, some oj and a quiche which keeps me going for 6 hrs+. I'm not too sure what exactly makes this combination so fulfilling.

    Now- your turn.

Take 100grams of oats, add in a pint of milk, Then stir ina few big spoons of peanut butter once it's been blasted in the microwave for 4 minutes and you're set.

Porridge or pancakes porridge us interesting because usually I only eat 3tbs of oats with water and 200g of kefir(sometimes I add fruit to make it more tasty) so it's never more than 200-250 kcal and it keeps me full for 4-5 hours, or 8, like today
