Same old boring story, sorry, but I'm stressing (probably unnecessarily) a bit...

There's a girl I like and we went out for a drink yesterday. I was planning on asking her out but I didn't because when I asked her about her future Summer plans, she said that she was basically on holiday for the rest of it until mid-late August.

So I decided it would be weird if I asked her out and didn't date her for basically a whole month - and I was thinking it would be better to meet up again in about a months time and do it then (plus I only had about 40 minutes with her because she was going away the next day and was trying to see her other friends before she went).

I'm stressing a bit that I missed my opportunity... She was remarkably easy to meet up with considering that I only sat next to her in one lesson and am not one of her close friends, nor do I know any of them. It's just that I've got a whole damn month to think about whether I made a good or bad decision and it's driving me a bit mad...

Thanks, sorry its not really a proper issue but I can't clear my mind

Can't you call her on her mobile and arrange a meeting? If this is not possible drop her a letter. The longer you leave it the more chance that she might meet someone else , and then you'll end up regretting not having told her how you feel about her. The fact that she went out with you for a drink suggests to me that she must like you. Generally ,from my experience, you don't meet someone you don't like.
There's the added fact that if you wait until August to do something, you'll be in a hell of a state emotionally.
Nobody can guarantee anything, but there's a saying that faint heart never won fair lady.
I hope things work out for you, mate. Good luck.
