    Hi psychology students.

I am a psychology teacher (or rather a maths teacher teaching psychology). In September I will be teaching psychology for the first time. I know the content but I need to find the best textbooks.

I will be teaching AQA (A) for AS but the A2s will be doing Edexcel.

Anyone who has already studied A2 edexel psychology can you please tell me which textbooks you used and how good you found them. I have the Christine Brain ones for my class but I find them too detailed and was wondering if any of your teachers had found a more reader friendly version?

For those of you who did AS (AQA A), how did you find the Complete companion books? Are there any better ones you would recommend?

Basically im trying to find textbooks that students will actually like using and your opinions will be valued much higher than online reviews.

    Hello,

I did AS and A2 AQA A psychology. I found the complete companion books to be really good. For AS, it was the only book I used and it helped me to achieve a good grade, with all the studies and information needed.
