    Hey,
I'm hoping to go to Uni in September (2014) and have been given conditional offers from my two Unis. I have accepted my Firm Liverpool however have decided I want to go to Salford my insurance instead if I can get the grades.

Can somebody please give me some advice if it is possible to choose insurance offer over firm - my insurance is higher (300) than my firm too - Liverpool 240.
Do I need to inform UCAS to change or anything like that? please could somebody advice me

    Thanks soo much! xxx

We cant really say much, the best advice I can give you is to contact UCAS and the unis to see if this is possible. It depends on if there are places at the uni and if your unis and UCAS will allow you to. Sorry thats all I got

Unless it has been less than 7 days since you firmed and insured your choices, Ucas can do nothing. You will need at this point to contact the universities themselves and ask if you can do this. The easiest option is to ask your firm to let you go, at which point your insurance becomes your firm and you no longer have an insurance. It is not a decision to take lightly.
