I have to share a room with my parents and 2 little sisters. I'm 19 and I have noooo space of my own.
I've been working the most crappy minimum wage job in my gap year, saving for University which I start in September. But, now I have to give half my savings (£1000) to my parents for rent as the council has increased the rent or something.
So, I'm feeling depressed and sad. My University is in London and it's expensive and I was really relying on that money.
I feel annoyed that my parents pay £3000 a year for my little sisters private school, I feel annoyed that my parents paid my elder sisters rent between the age 21-23. So she didn't have to start paying rent till she was 23. I feel like my parents show favoritism and it makes me feel so bad about myself. I tried to talk to my mum about how I feel they do more for my other siblings but it didn't end well.
I feel like a horrible person for feeling like this. But I envy my friends who don't share a bedroom with 4 other people, and who have parents that buy them everything they want.
I am fed up with my entire existence.
Anyone else who lives a ****, poor life?

I lived in a room with my parent, step-parent and 2 siblings for 8 continuous years.
