    We could always farm it. It takes up less space than a forest and produces more oxygen per acre. Surely a floating forest would have the same affect to the animals below it?

    when i said floating i meant high in the atmosphere (tho this migh cause aerial congestion)

    Might be a risk during storms or even lightning. The flying forest could turn in to something more like the Hindenburg when struck by lightning.

    Why would we need coal burning power stations to drive turbines when we have cats? It is clean electricity.
