Home student status

Hello, I am a british citizen who has been living outside of the uk for most of my life, however my father has been living here for more than 28 years.
Do i qualify for home student loans ?
I have just arrived in the uk about 2 weeks ago, however i will still have to sit through 2 years of A-levels, i will be 20 years old by the end of the A-Levels and will have been in the uk for 2 years, will that be enough for me to qualify for home fees and the home student loans ? thank you.

Hi Shahpo,

You would normally need to exercise the 3 year residency requirements and have been resident in the UK for 3 years prior to the start of your course in order to be eligible as a home student.
