Is this a good introduction to a discursive essay question, it's for higher English, this is the question- should their be tighter restrictions on the media
A girl stands upright in front of her bedroom mirror, she inhales, not satisfied until her ribs are protruding from her skin, the media lays in the corner in the form of a mobile phone, encouraging the girl, provoking every thought circling the girls brain. Without a doubt the media is responsible for this girls way of thinking, of OUR way of thinking. Whether it be through a violence tv show, sexual lyrics, or a stick thin model, the media, without hesitation, influences every child's, teenagers and adults thoughts, but the question is, should their be tighter restrictions is the media? Are our minds just messing with us, or is the media messing with our minds?
