All of my friends told this girl I like her Watch

This girl has actually became a close friend of mine. I do not have a lot of friends because I've just came back to this country from Germany after a long time of being away, so it feels good to have someone to confide in like that (as obvious by the title, I can't confide in my male friends.)

Thing is...Some of these male friends have started telling her that I like her. I do not. I only like her as a friend. They also constantly make remarks whenever we talk or are together. I think she has gotten her hopes up because of this. By some of her behaviour I think that she might like me in that way...But I'm not sure how to proceed now.

I'm scared that if I say something to her then I will lose her friendship, and she is actually becoming a good friend so I don't want this. But if I don't say something then she will get her hopes up.

I have no idea what to do. Any advice?
