So me and my friends are renting a flat for the next academic year. When we went to see the flat for the first time, it was fine. Fairly clean, not a whole lot of mess.
Now that I've moved in, it's a **** hole. There was a poo mark when I first moved in, the house hadnt been cleaned when I had mvoed in. After, they said theyd send a cleaner. the house was still crap with barely anything cleaned in the kitchen and the bathroom. When i say dirty, I mean there are stains on the wall, damp in the corner, the tile adhesive are darker than my toe nail.

Now what takes the piss is that even after telling the landlord numerous times that the house is still dirty, he's done nothing. Where do I stand in terms of getting the house cleaned and who am I meant to contact?
