    Hi Folks
Im starting IGCSE English, And have a very tight schedule, Im aiming for a Grade B/C and have until June next year to complete the entire syllabus. I fortunately got myself a tutor, (she generally teaches German / French) but is happy to teach English, but she's not familiar with IGCSE, and is asking the following if anyone who has taught / studied IGCSE english could help I would love you forever !

A syllabus for the course including a list of the study materials needed, a breakdown of what should be studied by when and what needs to be covered over all (Basically a giant checklist). Also a synopsis of Paper A and one of Paper B (How do they differ if they do)

Its Edexcel IGCSE I'm studying, and the paper A and B she refers to are listed here : http://www.edexcel.com/quals/igcse/i...s/default.aspx

as English language A and B

    Thanks I appreciate it!

She/you can find absolutely all of that on the very Edexcel site you gave a link to, and in the specific IGCSE books that you can find easily.

I hope you're not paying her! Don't worry though, its not that difficult and a year is plenty of time to get through the syllabus.
